For graduate or professional school applications, submit the following with your application:

 

  1. Two copies of this application   

  2. Three letters of recommendation

  3. Official copies of all academic records, these should indicate degrees or diplomas received, all subjects studied and grades. [If credentials are not in English, they must be translated and certified as official copies.]

  4. Official score reports of your GRE, GMAT, MAT, or other relevant aptitude test scores as required by discipline of study or department to which application is made.

  5. A 300-500 word personal statement explaining why you wish to attend graduate school.

  6. A current (not more than 2 years old) of your official Test of English as a Foreign Language TOEFL scores.

 

 

TOEFL:  All international students are required to submit acceptable score on the test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). The minimum score required for most universities is 525 paper-based and 197 computer-based.  However, individual colleges and universities have established specific requirements for their departments.  TOEFL scores must be no more than 2 years old and must be verifiable.  Completion of intensive English training or composition courses at a US or Canadian college or university does not waive the TOEFL requirement.  Students are exempt if English Language is listed as their first language on their high school transcripts.
